About Me
I signed up for the Victory Gala to challenge myself in a way I never have before. I wanted to improve my health, my body composition… and apparently my ability to get punched in front of a large crowd.
All jokes aside, this experience is about stepping outside my comfort zone, facing fears, and proving to myself that growth only happens when you’re a little uncomfortable ... or a lot uncomfortable, in this case.
I’m excited to put on a great show for my family and friends, and even more proud that it’s all in support of the amazing work the Pinball Foundation does.
Why
Who inspires you everyday?
My biggest inspiration every day is my two daughters, Evelina and Jaiya. Everything I do, especially something as challenging as fighting at 41, is about setting an example for them.
I want them to see that it’s important to face your fears, work hard, stay disciplined, and never back down from a challenge. If they can watch their dad push himself outside his comfort zone, then hopefully they’ll grow up believing they can do the same in their own lives.​
